His professional approach is built around structure, delivery discipline, commercial clarity, and realistic execution planning.
JPQS Project Advisory was established to provide clients with an independent Quantity Surveying and Project Advisory practice focused on practical project delivery, structured commercial coordination, and disciplined project management support.
Unlike traditional consultancy structures focused solely on isolated disciplines, JPQS Project Advisory operates with an integrated delivery mindset — combining commercial oversight, project coordination, funding readiness awareness, consultant management, procurement understanding, and execution planning into a single structured advisory approach.
The practice is specifically structured to support projects through the critical early stages where feasibility, funding alignment, procurement strategy, consultant coordination, approvals, and delivery planning determine the overall success of the development.
JPQS Project Advisory focuses on cutting through unnecessary complexity by implementing clear communication pathways, structured coordination systems, disciplined reporting methodologies, and practical delivery frameworks aligned with real project conditions in Papua New Guinea.
The company’s core strength lies in its ability to bridge the gap between design intent, commercial reality, funding requirements, and practical project execution while maintaining independent Quantity Surveying and commercial advisory integrity.
