Jeremiah Philip leads JPQS Project Advisory and provides Principal-level commercial oversight across the practice's commissions. His role extends across client and financier engagement, commercial strategy, senior cost management, key assessments, reporting, project advisory and final professional review.

With practical capability across the full quantity surveying and commercial management function, he can undertake key technical work directly while also leading the wider Project Delivery Team.

Provides day-to-day project delivery leadership across contracts, procurement and site coordination, supporting continuity of delivery while key commercial positions and final outputs remain subject to Principal direction and review.

Core quantity surveying capability across measurement, cost planning, tender assessment and construction-stage commercial management, supporting detailed cost production across general building and external works.

Specialist structural-steel estimating capability across measurement, pricing and fabrication documentation, working alongside the wider QS function on structural packages and specialist tender input.
