The following projects demonstrate professional experience developed through previous consultancy and project-delivery roles across Papua New Guinea, prior to the establishment of JPQS Project Advisory. The portfolio is presented to demonstrate the scale, diversity and commercial depth that underpin the practice, and does not represent projects delivered by JPQS Project Advisory as a firm.
Sea Park Development — Port Moresby
A major mixed-use development incorporating multi-storey residential towers and a substantial commercial podium. Commercial oversight within a complex, large-scale active construction environment: site-based progress and commercial assessment, measurement and valuation of works, cost and variation control, review of contractor progress and claims, and commercial reporting.
Baosen China Town Development — Port Moresby
A substantial multi-storey development combining a large podium structure with high-rise towers. Exposure to complex structural systems, major building works and progressive construction delivery at significant scale.
PNG Centre for Eye Health — Port Moresby
A purpose-built specialist eye-health facility incorporating clinical and treatment spaces, specialist building services and rooftop solar PV arrays. Post-contract QS, cost control, variation evaluation and specialist technical-systems experience.
SVS 5 Mile Development, Phase 1 — Lae
A major mixed-use industrial and commercial development comprising warehouse and retail office facilities, manufacturing, staff accommodation, vehicle workshop and extensive civil infrastructure. 5 major work packages. Role: Reporting Quantity Surveyor (Costplan Group), Independent Advisor to Westpac Limited — independent bank monitoring, commercial oversight and lender advisory.
